The Supreme Court of the United States has announced the passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg at the age of 87 from complications due to metastatic cancer of the pancreas. Associate Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg died this evening surrounded by her family at her home in Washington, D.C.
Our Nation has lost a jurist of historic stature. We at the Supreme Court have lost a cherished colleague. Today we mourn, but with confidence, that future generations will remember Ruth Bader Ginsburg as we knew her — a tireless and resolute champion of justice.
Chief Justice John G. Roberts, Jr.
Justice Ginsburg was appointed to the Supreme Court by President Clinton in 1993. She was the second woman appointed to the Court and served more than 27 years.
On September 11, 2001, nineteen al Qaeda terrorists hijacked four passenger planes and used them to carry out coordinated suicide attacks on north and south towers of the World Trade Center in New York City and the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. A fourth plane crashed into a field near Shanksville, Pennsylvania, after passengers and crew attempted to regain control of the aircraft.
Dr. Scott Atlas is the Robert Wesson Senior Fellow at the Hoover Institution, an accomplished physician and public health scholar. For several weeks, Dr. Atlas has been making the case that we, as a society, have overreacted by imposing draconian restrictions on movement, gatherings, schools, sports, and other activities.
He is not a COVID-19 denier—he believes the virus is a real threat and should be managed as such. But, Dr. Atlas argues that because some age groups and activities face only minimal risk from COVID-19. The one-size-fits-all approach we are currently using is overly authoritarian, inefficient, and not based on science.
Dr. Atlas sits down for an interview with Peter M. Robinson of Hoover Institution to explains real (mostly hidden) consequences of public policies driven by pseudo-science, politics, and sometimes just an insane desire for power.
UPDATE: This video has been removed for violating YouTube’s Community Guidelines. Yes YouTube deleted it… Will try to find it somewhere else.
No one knows if COVID-19 will come back in the fall. No one.
Dr. Atlas said.
So we don’t know if COVID-19 will come back in the fall. If it did, we do know that we are far better prepared. We all understand social distancing. We’re all used to what to do, but more importantly than that even, the government has done well at understanding how to mobilize resources. We know how to stockpile things. We know how to mobilize and have a better handle on how many ventilators we need. In fact, we were never short of ventilators, by the way, despite the protestations of people like Governor Cuomo. So we are far more mobilizing in our resources. We’re experienced.
And he continued.
We don’t know if it’ll come back. By the way, we don’t know if we will have a vaccine. We can think there’s good positive indicators we’ll have a vaccine, but vaccines are not magic wands even when we get them. We know seasonal influenza vaccine is 40 to 60% effective. It’s not 100% effective, so that should not be a prerequisite, a predicate, for reopening. We know how to deal with this virus. We know exactly, really, who’s gonna be vulnerable to this. We know that the overwhelming majority of people don’t have a problem if they get infected.
Don’t care that cases are going up. In fact, that’s not a problem at all. It’s only important to protect the people who are gonna have a serious problem with this illness.
Are we waiting on COVID Al Capone?
The interview closes with an interesting observation from Dr. Atlas about the new trend emerging due to prolong lockdowns. Businesses are opting to provide services thru the back door.
I think the rules are outrageous. This is what’s evolving here. There is sort of a speakeasy culture evolving. I know this is happening in New York City because I have people who I know who live there. It’s sort of like the era of prohibition, where people have had enough. Logical, sane commonsense Americans have said, “No, enough is enough.”
So, when you see that sign: WE CLOSE DUE TO COVID-19. Drive around the building, and take another look because…,
Many stores are boarding up the front or putting curtains up, and now there is this what I call a speakeasy culture emerging, where life will go on for the people who understand that this is actually completely irrational.
This drive to freedom will spread more and more if the political leaders don’t get their act together. Until then…, Al? Al, where are you? We need you, old mate.
On Sep 04, 2020. BLM blocked traffic on Interstate 5 freeway. Washington State patrol wasn’t having it and arrested every single BLM driver illegally blocking the highway.
This isn’t Seattle.
On Friday, a group of BLM “activists” when working on building support for, and creating an understanding of their movement, found out (to their surprise) that State highways are managed by a different set of rules than those in surrounding them cities!
According to people at the scene and the State Police, Washington State Patrol troopers arrested nine people participating in blocking of Interstate Highway 5.
Police action restored an unobstructed flow of traffic but, in effect, disrupted an incredibly uplifting speech by the group’s leader, who strongly urged all the listeners to make themselves independent. Luckily for the speaker, none of the truckers stuck in the blockade took his advice and decided to plow through the barricade to said independence.
This video captures the most exciting moments of this event. I like the part when the state trooper informs dumbfound “protester” that state highway is not a part of the surrounding city and is under state jurisdiction.
One of the social justice movement leaders (forgot which one) said: that they attempt to build widespread support for their movement. But somehow, I find this difficult to understand how in the name of the…, thing (‘you know, the thing”), blocking highways, or
…Trashing restaurants, or
…Attacking people in the streets because of their political views, or
…Coming to a residential area in the middle of the night and threaten to burn the houses down, or
…Doing all of the above simultaneously, otherwise known as classic peaceful rioting, will build that widespread support for their movement? From where I’m standing, it looks more like an attempt to intimidate people into staying out of the way than reaching out for their support. But what do I know?
It wasn’t the first time when Dr. Ferguson created widespread panic by publicizing his predictions of sensational death estimates due to a pandemic. He did this a few times before. His predictions of a death count result from mad cow disease, bird flu, and swine flu ended up being nowhere even remotely near to reality.
2001 — Neil Ferguson’s research sparked a slaughter of more than six million cattle, sheep, and pigs during the outbreak of the foot-and-mouth disease in the U.K. (A cost to the U.K. economy totaled some £10 billion.) He also predicted that up to 150,000 people could die. Less than 200 died due to FMD.
2002 — Neil Ferguson predicted that up to 50,000 people would likely die from Mad Cow Disease (BSE) exposure. The death count has reached 177.
2005 — Neil Ferguson predicted that up to 200 million people could be killed from bird flu worldwide. His reasoning? “Around 40 million people died in the 1918 Spanish flu outbreak,” he said. There are six times more people on the planet now, so you could scale it up to around 200 million people probably.” Two hundred and eighty two people have succumbed to that disease globally.
2009 — Based on Neil Ferguson’s expert opinion, the U.K. government estimated that the swine flu would kill close to 65,000 people in the U.K. Less than 500 people lost their lives due to that illness.
And finally: On March 16, 2020, Dr. Ferguson and his team have struck again. Hopefully, this time will be the last. His computer simulation model called for 2.2 million American deaths caused by Coronavirus (worst case scenario), by merely assuming that 81% of the population gets infected (that’s 268 million people) and that 0.9% of them die. As of today, the number of deaths attributed to the virus is approaching 190,000.
…less than 10 thousand.
According to the CDC’s newly updated report, out of almost 190,000 COVID-19 deaths, only 9,683 people in the United States have a COVID-19 listed on their death certificate as the only cause of death. The rest of people whose deaths ware attributed to COVID-19 ware suffering from other illness or multiple illnesses, but tested positive for COVID-19 or wasn’t tested but had COVID-19 symptoms.
From the CDC report:
The types of health conditions and contributing causes mentioned in conjunction with deaths involving coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). For 6% of the deaths, COVID-19 was the only cause mentioned. For deaths with conditions or causes in addition to COVID-19, on average, there were 2.6 additional conditions or causes per death.
Why are so many deaths listed as caused by COVID-19 connected to at least one (2.6 on average) additional medical condition? Laura Ingraham and Dr. Scott Jensen outlined some possible reasons on Laura’s tv show — Laura Ingraham Angle.
On Wednesday, Aug 26, 2020, seventeen-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse was arrested and charged with first-degree intentional homicide, after what appears to be justified shooting of three BLM rioters in Kenosha, Wisconsin killing two and wounding third.
Enough is enough.
After seeing the videos, renowned attorney Lin Wood pledged to make sure that Kyle Rittenhouse gets the best legal representation possible. As he’s not a criminal defense lawyer, Wood is using his colleague at #FightBack Foundation John Pierce, to assemble a legal team to defend Kyle Rittenhouse.
These charges must be dismissed as video clearly shows justified acts of self-defense. When dismissed, accusers should be held accountable & they should pay.
According to a recent news release, attorney John Pierce of Pierce Bainbridge LLP announced the firm would represent Rittenhouse.
If you’re interested in donating a couple of bucks to Kyle Rittenhouse defense found, #FightBack Foundation launched a website where they accept donations. The #FightBack Foundation is the only approved fund for Rittenhouse’s legal fees.
NOTE: Don’t confuse #FightBack Foundation of Lin Wood (fightback.law) with Fight Back Foundation (fightback.foundation) or Fight Back! (fightback.com)
So far, it looks like Kyle is going to have top of the line defense team with John Pierce as a leading lawyer, and with more facts coming out, his situation looks better and better.
Pierce has released a statement about this unfortunate situation.
A seventeen-year old child should not have to take up arms in America to protect life and property. That is the job of state and local governments. However, those governments have failed, and law-abiding citizens have no choice but to protect their own communities as their forefathers did at Lexington and Concord in 1775. Kyle is not a racist or a white supremacist. He is a brave, patriotic, compassionate law-abiding American who loves his country and his community. He did nothing wrong. He defended himself, which is a fundamental right of all Americans given by God and protected by law. He is now in the crosshairs of institutional forces that are much more powerful than him. But he will stand up to them and fight not only for himself, but for all Americans and their beloved Constitution. We will never leave his side until he is victorious in that fight.
On Friday, Pierce obtained a several-week continuance of Kyle extradition hearing to Sept 25. We should expect much more from Pierce’s team soon.
Was it self-defense? Looks like it.

Main (bad) actors.
Andy Ngô has twitted short information on those involved in the alleged attack on Kyle Rittenhouse. According to Andy, they all have a criminal record.
Friend of Gaige Grosskreutz in his Twitter update mentioned that:
Gaige regrets not being able to kill the teen.
Should we understand that he intended to kill Kyle and is angry at himself for not doing so?
I think Gaige should thank God that “the teen” isn’t one of the mental patients who ware free-roaming in the streets that night and spare his life.
The last thought.
From what I was able to find out, Kyle Rittenhouse was a part of a bigger group of men who intended to protect people and property from rioters. So far, so good. I’m entirely for protecting people and property from destruction by a violent mob.
BUT, now is the question:
Why Bunch of adult men brought a MINOR (Kyle Rittenhouse is 17 years old) to a fricking riot?
I don’t care how proficient with firearms he is. I don’t care how tough he is. I don’t even care if he could kick my ass. He is a MINOR. He should NOT be there.
His day should end after his shift as a lifeguard and work he’s done later that day, cleaning graffiti from a local school’s walls. Unfortunately for many people, that wasn’t the case. And now, no matter what, his and many other lives will never be the same.
We’ve placed a public interest notice on this Tweet for violating our policy against abusive behavior…,
More and more (mostly conservative) accounts on Twitter get these notices, and more and more get thrown out of the platform every day. Most of the instances of “unlucky” Twitter users being dealt with by Twitter Thought Police go unnoticed. Still, when high profile conservative gets lectured — like POTUS — or kicked out — like Katie Hopkins or Carpe Donktum — everyone talks about it and things start to happen.
500,000 Social Media Users Moved To PARLER!
The first time I’ve written about Parler was a little over a year ago after company’s CEO John Matze’s appearance on Ingraham Angle. At that time, Parler had a little over 100,000 users, today it has over 1.5 million.
Devin Nunes with John Matze — the CEO of the social network Parler.
Of course, 1.5 million looks laughable compared to over 330 million active users on the Twitter platform. Still, Parley’s numbers are growing fast, and these are mostly high-quality users, meaning — people with disposable income.
Efforts on the part of Twitter to ban, suspend, and censor prominent conservative voices from its platform forced them and their followers to look for other options. Parler — a social media platform with functionally similar to Twitter, but without the censorship — seems like a perfect replacement.
The big names that have set up Parler accounts recently include:
Many of these personalities continue to use Twitter but promote Parler to their followers. Some also re-post their Parler content on their Twitter accounts.
Katie Hopkins and Carpe Donktum recently joined the platform after being removed from Twitter. Katie isn’t the only high profile Brit who joined Parler. Some Conservative Members of Parlament have joined the platform. These include the MP for Mansfield Ben Bradley, MP for Guildford Angela Richardson, and MP for Wycombe Steve Baker.
Is Jack Dorsey destroying Twitter?
It appears that Jack Dorsey wants to purge his platform off all conservatives. Still, in reality, his actions force any user, not just conservative, with even traces of common sense, to re-evaluate Twitter as a social media platform. People, in general, don’t like to be patronized by some condescending “superior intellect.”
If Jack does not change his attitude towards independent thinkers, Twitter will be over-run by supporters of Taylor Swift, Justin Bieber, and Barack Obama. It means that only children, teenagers, college students, and adults who believe that everything they need should be provided free of charge, will use Twitter.
People who have jobs, run small businesses, receive good pensions, and are willing to spend their hard-earned money — the kind of people that corporations want to advertise their products to, will move somewhere else.
Because no business will pay to advertise its product or service to people who are not interested in paying for it, Twitter will become a platform filled with hundreds of millions of users with zero commercial value to advertisers.
On the other hand, Parler will have a much leaner user base but with much more to offer for those ready to pay for access to those users. Quality over quantity. Always.
Using other cultures’ symbols without a proper understanding of their meaning is not always a good idea. If you are lucky, you’ll only make yourself look stupid. If you’re less fortunate, you’ll offend some people. But, if luck has totally left your site, you’ll be seen as foolish and offensive to many people.
Nigerian author and president of Culture of Life Africa — Obianuju Ekeocha — criticized the use of Kente fabric by Democrat Party leadership as
some kind of placating sign or symbol to show that they are not racist, and they are together with black people.
And then she scalded them for simplifying African tradition.
Excuse me, dear Democrats. In your tokenism, you didn’t wait to find out that this thing that you’re hanging around your neck is not just some African uniform — it’s actually the Kente material. The Kente belongs to the Ghanaian people, mainly the Ashanti tribe. Excuse me, Democrats, don’t treat Africans like we’re children. These fabrics, and these colorful things that we have within our culture and tradition, they all mean something to us.
She also used some humor to make her point.
There is more Kente fabric in this picture than at a Ghanaian traditional wedding.
Commenting on photo-op by Democrats on Capitol Hill.
Dear Democrats. It’s NOT that simple.
Kente is made by the Asante and Ewe peoples and is the best known of all African textiles. Kente fabric has its mythology and related superstitions. In kente cloth, colors are significant, conveying these meanings (MORE):
Black — maturation, aging, intensified spiritual energy.
Blue — peacefulness, harmony, good fortune, love.
Gold — royalty, wealth, spiritual purity.
Green — vegetation, planting, harvesting, growth, good health.
Grey — healing and cleansing rituals; associated with ash.
Maroon — the color of mother earth; associated with healing and protection from evil.
Pink — associated with the female essence of life; calmness, sweetness, tenderness.
Red — political and spiritual associations; bloodshed; sacrificial rites and death.
Silver — serenity, purity, joy, associated with the moon.
White — purification, sanctification rites, healing.
Yellow — preciousness, royalty, wealth, fertility (yolk of an egg).
It would be interesting to know what the colors of kente scarves worn by the Democrats during their photo session do mean and if any of that colors represent silliness.
The last thought.
There’s one more detail about the Ashanti tribe that Democrats didn’t know about, and very few people bother to mention. Members of the Ashanti tribe ware major slave traders in West Africa. So there is a real possibility that some ancestors of people whom SOH. Pelosi and Sen. Schumer wanted to honor by wearing kente scarves, were sold into slavery by those who created kente cloth tradition. But that is a different story…
President Trump announced that the United States would be ending its relationship (funding of) with the World Health Organization.
Despite only paying $40 million per year, compared to what the United States has been paying, which is approximately $450 million per year. We have detailed the reforms that it must make, and engaged with them directly. But they have refused to act. Because they have failed to make the requested and greatly needed reforms, we will be terminating our relationship with the World Health Organization and redirecting those funds to other worldwide and deserving urgent global public health needs.
Pre. Donal Trump
President Trump’s announcement. The US’s relationship with the WHO ends now.
The United States created the WHO and the United Nations and provided the bulk of financing needed for those organizations to function. Over the years, appreciation for the US among other members gradually evaporated, but the appetite for money kept growing. Someone finally has lost patience and decided to cut off the money supply to the WHO. Maybe the UN should get the same treatment? The largest funder The United States contributes more to the UN than the next three nations combined.
For the first time in 72 years, the official flag of a new U.S. military service has been unveiled on Friday (May 15, 2020). The United States Space Force — the newly created branch of the U.S. Armed Forces — has an official flag.
Some pointed out the new logo’s similarities to “Star Trek” insignia that the T.V. and film franchise has used for decades but, as the military explained, the delta symbol, the central design element in the seal, was first used as early as 1942 by the U.S. Army Air Forces. Long before the year of 1966 — the first season of “Star Trek.”
Donald Trump speaks at the presentation of Space Force Flag.

Secretary of Defense Mark Esper commended President Trump for his efforts to extend the Defense Department by adding a new branch committed exclusively to space.
With the establishment of Space Force and establishment of Space Command, the United States is now doing what it needs to do to protect our assets in space and ensure that space remains the heavens by which we not only protect America, but we sustain our economy, we sustain our commercial capabilities, we sustain Americans’ way of life.
